Charitable Project: Rocky Mountain Convoy of Toys

We are honored to support the Rocky Mountain Convoy of Toys. Bring a new, unwrapped toy or a gift card for families. We’ll have more information shortly about this amazing charity.

Swap or Sell

Bring your gently used Claus items and either swap with another Claus, or sell. This is not intended for vendors, but for attendees to recycle personal accessories/clothing. Santa Nana’s receives no benefits from this, and whether you swap or sell is entirely between you and the other person. It’s a fun way to refresh your accessories ahead of the season.

Sessions

We have a mix of Santa Nana’s original, plus new information to share. We’ll cover these topics and more, with breakout sessions to practice and share your experience and insights.

  • History of the Ladies in Christmas (plus Santa and Elves)
  • Character on the Inside (developing your inner Claus)
  • Character on the Outside (defining your outer Claus)
  • Marketing
  • Taking Care of Yourself
  • The Complete Claus Experience
  • Exceeding Customer Expectations
  • Working in the Christmas Community
  • Event Design
  • More!
