What is the greatest challenge you have observed in helping to show the value of a female performer? If you could give one piece of advice to the next generation of ladies who will become Mrs. Claus, Elves, or other female performers, what would you tell her? What do you know now that you wish you knew when you started your Christmas portrayal? Are there specific topics or questions you would like addressed during the session?
